Cute 2 bedroom newly renovated duplex close to Restaurants, shopping, golf, and beach. Fully furnished for extended stay.

Open floor plan between kitchen and living room. Both bedrooms are off a small hallway along with bathroom. Private front and rear entrance. Bedrooms are furnished with one king and one queen bed, nightstand, lighting, dresser, and full size closet. This cozy space is completely furnished with everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Cuisinart coffee maker and toaster, new fridgedair appliances including dishwasher and microwave. Soap and shampoo dispenser, hair dryer, essential condiments, all cooking supplies and utensils. Fresh linens, bath towels, and beach towels are included. Weekly cleaning can be arranged at an additional charge.

Guests will have full access to their side of the home. The property is a duplex with separate entrances.

The property is well located near shopping, dining, beaches. There is a pub and dining options and some service retailers within walking distance. Legacy trail is under half a mile and is paved from Venice to downtown Sarasota. Great for walks or biking. Siesta Key Beaches are within 3 miles.

The property has a driveway and carport. Please be mindful to not block access for the other side of the duplex. 2 cars will easily fit for this side and street parking is allowed.
If you are visiting Siesta Key there is a trolley that runs from Turtle Beach on the south end to the Siesta Key Village on the north end of the key. It is free and can be flagged down at numerous bus stops along Midnight Pass Rd.
SCAT is the local bus system. Times can be found online. Uber and Lyft is easy to use locally but be mindful of high traffic holidays where it can be a challenge to get a ride quickly.

Please limit cars to your side of carport. Be mindful not to block the adjoining tenants access. Do not ever climb the fence to the lake across the street. There are live alligators.
Garbage and recycling is picked up every Tuesday. Please be mindful that bugs are plentiful in Florida. Dirty dishes should go directly into the dishwasher and garbage should be taken out regularly to avoid any unwanted visitors.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
